Job Summary:
Patient Services is responsible for creating a pleasant, friendly, courteous, professional experience for all patients and clients of the company. Patient Services is the initial contact for all clients of the company and is responsible for irreproachable customer service and portraying the positive image of the company. The duties of Patient Services include scheduling appointments, check-in and check-out services, facilitating referrals, patient collections, direct and phone contact with patients, maintaining an efficient patient flow and keeping patients informed of wait time or other information. Overall, Patient Services provides a caring and compassionate impression on all clients of the company.
  • High School Graduate or GED equivalent.
  • Current CPR Certification.
  • Minimum of six months of customer service experience in a high volume impact environment, preferably in a healthcare field.
  • Excellent customer service expertise.
  • Ability to perform well in a high-volume environment.
  • Must be flexible, resourceful and able to troubleshoot.
  • Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and set priorities.
  • Must maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all time.
  • Bilingual (Spanish / English) is beneficial.
  • Must possess a current valid drivers license for the State of Florida.
