The Dentist position within MCRHS interacts with patients of varying ages and needs. In addition to general dental care, patient education is a key component of this role. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is very helpful.

* Doctor of Dental Surgery or Doctor of Dental Medicinedesignation
* Florida State Certified
* Nationally Certified
* DEA number
* ADA, Florida State, Westcoast, and local dental society membership preferable, but not required
* Post Graduate GPR and/or private practice experience preferred

This position oversees the coding of payables/receivables and prepares/inputs journal entries. Analysis of cash receipts, receivables, departmental revenue & expenditures, and preparation of utlization reports are also part of this positions duty. This employee also acts as backup person to performing payroll functions, assists in preparing multiple reports, and performs bank reconciliations for multiple accounts.

* Bachelors degree in Accounting PLUS two (2) years experience in general accounting.
* Ability to analyze, apply cost accounting procedures, and utilize statistical information.
* Experience with General Ledger and accounts payable applications on a computerized system
* Ability to utilize computer applications, data base and word processing programs

The ARNPs working with Manatee County Rural Health Services are health professionals who function in a working relationship with a Physician or a group of Physicians licensed by the Board of Medicine or Board of Osteopathic Medicine under direct or indirect supervision to provide health care.

* Current Florida License
* Current Advanced Nurse Practitioner Certification
* Current supervisory relationship record with the state
